The Story Glory is a company dedicated to creating faith-based products that inspire and encourage children. We believe in nurturing faith from an early age and helping children discover their God-given identity.

What are your products made of?
Our onesies and toddler tees are made from 100% soft and comfortable cotton. Our wall art posters are printed on high-quality, durable paper.

Are your products safe for children?
Yes, our products are designed with children's safety in mind. The inks used on our apparel are non-toxic. As with all baby products, please supervise children while they are wearing or using our items.

What is the "ABC of How God Sees Me" collection?
This collection features onesies, toddler tees, and wall art, each piece showcasing a letter of the alphabet paired with an inspiring Bible verse that reveals how God sees and cherishes each child.
Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and usually takes 3–4 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. In case of queries you can email hello@thestoryglory.com

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@thestoryglory.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and your payments are routed via a secure site managed by STRIPE. Refunds are initiated to the account from which the payment was made.
RETURN AND REFUND

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at hello@thestoryglory.com if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please attach a photograph of the product. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

How can I cancel my order?
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Any charges incurred by Story Glory as a result of the cancellation process will be charged to the client.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@socksapart.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

What's your refund policy?
We offer returns only if the product is damaged or you have received the wrong order. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, if you've ordered the wrong size or if you've ordered the wrong product, however please let us know by contacting us at hello@thestoryglory.com
